With a MBA in business, Mike offers over 24 years of banking experience in lending, management, and project development. He has been involved in many projects over this time, which included real estate developing, residential builds, multi-family complexes, and commercial properties. Currently, he oversees all of the accounting and special projects for Maritz Investments.

Justin Schmitz is detail-oriented and committed to quality work. Having started out in windows, siding, gutters, and fascia, he offers 15 years of experience in general construction. As a hard worker who is committed to his clients’ satisfaction, Justin oversees the entire construction process at Maritz Investments.
