From choosing the right floor plan to installing the finishing touches, we will guide you through the entire home building process to make it as easy and carefree as possible. During an initial consultation, we’ll walk you through one of our existing construction homes and help you choose the perfect design elements.


At Maritz Investments, we make the experience of building a new home as exciting and straightforward as possible. We stand by our work and believe in ensuring that each home building project is completed on time, within budget, and as beautiful as possible.

Our Process

The Full SCope

The Beginning

After contacting us, we will set up a consultation to help you decide on a floor plan that is right for you and discuss what options suit your budget. If you have an existing floor plan or an idea for a remodel, we can work with you to find the most efficient ways to execute your vision. We can show you samples and help you pick your colors. This can be done in one visit or it might take multiple meetings. We want you to be comfortable with your choices. If there is a completed home at the time, we can walk you through it to see and understand the finished product.

The Build

The construction remodel process takes months, and when you come in for a consultation, we should have a very good idea of when your home will be completed, but things do come up, including the biggest, weather! Maritz Investments will check in with you along the way, and keep you informed as to how your home is coming along and if there are any delays, so there are no surprises or unexpected hurdles for you.

The Handoff

Approximately three to five days before closing, we will do a final walk-through with you to make sure everything is perfect for you, answer any questions, and provide you with manufacturer’s warranties and builder workmanship warranty. We will assist in making sure everything has been taken care of for the actual closing.

Financing

Want an alternative (or complement) to cash financing? Our partner lender can offer construction-to-permanent loans to eligible buyers.

  • Construction-to-Permanent Loan

    This loan starts as a construction loan and becomes a mortgage loan once you move into your new custom home.

  • Advantages of the Loan

    There are several advantages to using the construction-to-permanent loan including single closing, reduced fees and interest-only payments during construction.

  • How It Works

    Our partner lender will convert your construction loan to a mortgage after our team completes the build. From that point, it works like any other permanent mortgage. At that point, you can decide whether you want a fixed or adjustable-rate loan, set the term (15 or 30 years), and find a rate* that works for you.
